Start your journey of (re)connection by taking the Heritage Survey. This survey was inspired by women interested in (re)connecting to cultural practices and language of origin to enhance their leadership and professional development in a global setting. Your input in this survey will continue to assist in the understanding of needs and interests of women seeking to advance in their careers by increasing cultural and language skill sets.
Apply to be a Delegate
The Heritage Delegation will provide you with both a professional and personal enriching experience in one of the most historical cities in the country of Mexico. Investing in your delegation participation is an investment that will impact your past, present, and future. Participants will be responsible for travel and lodging costs. Costs of food, housing, cultural activities, and transportation within Mexico are researched by the Heritage Committee and kept relatively low to increase participation. See package deal below.
In order to apply the following must be uploaded with your application. Remember no previous experience is required and the application is free of cost and does not commit you in any way.
- A valid passport
- Curriculum Vitae or Resume
- Personal essay presenting your interest and motivation to participate in the women's delegation (no more than 2 pages, double-spaced, 12 font Times New Roman). The essay should include personal expectations of your participation and a brief description of yourself.
- Skype Interview- You will be contacted by the Heritage Committee for a Skype interview to determine your Spanish language level.
1- 4 days/3 nights in Puebla, Mexico
2- Round trip flight from Los Angeles to Mexico City
3- Housing in historic downtown Puebla
What is not included: Meals and cultural activities are not included in the estimate cost due to variable dietary needs and cultural activity interests. The Heritage Committee will provide you with suggestions on meal and cultural activity options upon your arrival.
